Physical AI agents that move pallets with human-level speed and superhuman safety.

WHAT THEY’RE BUILDING

Atlas Robotics builds AI-driven autonomous mobile robots for warehouses and factories, handling material handling tasks like pallet transport with the flexibility of a human operator, at lower cost and with a stronger safety record than manual operations.

THE FOUNDING TEAM

Atlas Robotics was founded in 2017 by Çetin Meriçli and Tekin Meriçli, twin brothers and Carnegie Mellon graduates. Çetin previously spent nearly two decades building robotic systems for commercial and military applications as faculty at CMU's National Robotics Engineering Center, and the brothers had already built one autonomous vehicle company together, Locomation, before Atlas Robotics.

WHY WE BACKED THEM

Warehouses concentrate more physical variety than almost any other environment, which makes them the hardest place to deploy robotics and the most valuable place to prove it works. Çetin and Tekin had already lived through one full company cycle in autonomous vehicles together, and brought that hard-won operating experience directly into Atlas.
