Bluedot is an all-in-one platform for EV drivers and fleets that unifies charging, payments, and expense management, including a driver app, a fleet dashboard, and a Bluedot Visa debit card, so individuals and fleet managers can handle charging across every network from one place.

Bluedot was founded in 2021 by Ferhat Babacan and Selinay Filiz Parlak, who bring backgrounds from mobility companies including Zipcar, Bosch, and Mercedes-Benz.

EV adoption was accelerating faster than the charging and payments infrastructure meant to support it. Bluedot's founders had lived the fragmentation problem firsthand in their prior mobility roles, giving them an unusually clear read on what fleets and drivers actually needed.
