Turning retail data into ready-to-act recommendations, no data science team required.
Cerebra is a no-code decision intelligence platform for retailers that pulls in internal data (sales, inventory, CRM) and external signals (competitor pricing, reviews, weather) and turns them into specific, prioritized recommendations, executing some automatically, without requiring a data science or analytics team to run it.

Cerebra was founded by Vehbi Değer Turan, a Stanford PhD and serial entrepreneur who translated his work on prediction models into the retail space. Tanay later joined as CTO after Cerebra acquired FeatherX, and the company strengthened the leadership bench post-investment with senior hires across COO, strategy, and engineering roles.
Retail teams had more data than ever, but still lacked a system that could tell them what to do next. Cerebra stood out by combining internal retail data with external customer signals and turning them into clear, actionable recommendations, not just another dashboard. Strong retailer pull, limited direct competition, and Değer's deep prediction-model expertise made the opportunity compelling.
