Quantive was founded in 2015 by Ivan Osmak, a repeat software entrepreneur and strategy execution operator who built Gtmhub before OKR tooling was a mature enterprise category.

OKRs were becoming the default goal-setting framework for ambitious companies, but most teams were still tracking them in spreadsheets. Gtmhub built purpose-built software for the methodology early, before OKR tooling was a recognized category, and rode that timing to a Series C that was, at the time, the largest funding round in OKR software.
